Ghanaians react to Akufo-Addo’s commissioning of traffic, street lights, others

President Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo has taken his nationwide tour to the Upper East regional capital, Bolgatanga.

Some Ghanaians have reacted to some of the projects the President would be commissioning during his tour.

He will be commissioning traffic and street lights in the regional capital, Bolgatanga.

He will also cut sod for the establishment of the Eastern regional solid waste treatment facility and commission a hospital.

The commissioning of traffic and street lights is what many have raised concerns about, saying it is menial a project to be commissioned by the high office of the presidency.

Some have reacted to the development as something worth the honour of the Municipal Chief Executive and not even the Regional Minister.

Some comments also say it is surprising how President Akufo-Addo criticised then President John Dramani Mahama when he commissioned some projects in the run up to the 2016 elections.
