The Electoral Commission is set to declare the results of the presidential polls today, Tuesday, December 8, 5pm at the Accra International Conference Centre.
These details are contained in an invitation released by the Commission to carry out that function after the 2020 presidential and parliamentary polls.
Chairperson of the EC, Jean Adukwei Mensa had earlier assured all stakeholders of delivering the results 24 hours after the ballots are cast.

Many criticised the move saying the Commission is inviting undue pressure upon itself.
The commission’s failure to provide any update 12 hours after polls were closed yesterday escalated these criticisms until it announced a date and time for the big announcement.
