The Supreme Court after close to three months of sitting has on Thursday, March 4 given its verdict on the 2020 election petition filed by the presidential candidate of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) John Dramani Mahama.
The seven-member panel of the apex court Judges in a unanimous decision dismissed the petition stating that it has no merit.
Chief Justice Anin Yeboah also explained that the court, therefore, finds no reason to order a re-run of the 2020 elections.
