3 dead, 3 others injured as two sport cars run over hawkers at 37
Three people have died with three others injured after two sports cars, one with registration number GR 1708 – 21 ran into hawkers near the 37 Military Hospital in Accra.
According to eye witness, the two cars were coming from the El Wak stretch of the road towards the 37 Military Hospital with top speed “as if they were going for a race” and veered off and run over the hawkers on the edge of the road.
The incident happened around 11pm on Wednesday, April 14, 2021.
The victims were rushed to the 37 Military Hospital and the drivers have since been arrested by the Military.
