Election 2020: How Akufo-Addo was saved with a barrel of urine in Wa – Captain Smart reveals
Media General’s controversial presenter, Blessed Godsbrain Smart has revealed how himself and a few others saved President Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo from death, orchestrated by some people prior to the 2020 polls.
Captain Smart, as he is popularly known said the reason he always chanted “Nana Addo will not die” –on Angel FM then, was as a result of what himself and others were doing to counter the expectations of the engineers of the plot.
He noted they had to carry a full barrel of urine to sprinkle on a particular field in Wa to neutralise the ritual.
“Now let me tell you this today. In 2020, they wanted to kill Nana Addo. Yes, today I’ve said it. We have to send a full barrel of urine from Accra to Wa and sprinkle on a field so that he won’t die.
“The ‘rains’ we saw on the election day wasn’t a rain but a drain. It was supposed to drain people away. When I was shouting Nana will not die on air, I knew what I was talking about. They wanted to kill him. The urine was a full barrel. So we won’t stop talking today nor tomorrow,” he said Wednesday, August 11, 2021, on the YouTube live-streamed Smart Show on Smart TV.
As part of his revelations, Captain Smart added that, all Akufo-Addo needed to win the 2020 polls was to get 90 votes from a particular polling station in Wa, after obliterating the potency of the ritual meant to take his life.
“…If at Catholic Primary B polling station, Nana Addo gets 90 votes, he’ll win the election and truly he got and won and anything short of that would have cost him the election.
His disclosure, he noted, is in response to people who say his criticism of the Akufo-Addo led administration is meant to make the president and the New Patriotic Party (NPP) unpopular.
As a long standing member of the party, he said those insinuating his criticism as an attack on the president and the NPP do not know how far he’s gone to help the party and would turn around to bring them down afterwards.
He reemphasized that, he speaks because things must be run properly for the betterment of the entire citizenry instead of the deficient leadership being experimented to Ghanaians.
The need for all to contribute towards the building of a new Ghana, he said, must be the priority of all because, “whenever the youth of a country start agitating, then there is a leadership failure”, which he says is the current condition of Ghana.
